Order Now!

Ladies and gentlemen, the kitchen is open!  We are now accepting orders for next week's menu and it's four entrees of AWESOMENESS!

This week's menu is now live! Orders placed by Sunday, May 28 by 8 pm will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday, June 1- Saturday, June 3. Please note that orders are due no later than 8 pm on Sunday. The order form will be deactivated once we have reached capacity or by 8 pm (whichever comes sooner). If you miss the deadline, have no fear as we generally do work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase. Please note, too, the following week, the kitchen will be closed but open for inventory clear out.

This week's entrees are:

* Honey Baked Chicken Tenders *

This will likely become one of your family's favorites!  Honey provides the "sweet" layer, and a combination of both soy and ginger help provide the savory depth of this delicious marinade that coats juicy chicken tenders which are then baked to perfection for a family pleasing entree.  Pair with freshly steamed rice and a side of steamed veggies and you have something so much better than take out!

* Slow Cooker French Dip Sammies *

These slow cooker French dip sandwiches will just melt in your mouth! They’re so easy to toss together in the morning and you’ll come home to a delicious smelling house and the most amazing French dip sandwich ever!  Served with rolls you can toast or serve right out of the bag.  If you want a second level of indulgence, add a slice of Provolone or some shreds of Monterrey Jack cheese.  This would be great with a quickie cole slaw and some kettle potato chips.

* Baked Chicken Alfredo *

Al dente pasta cooked with diced chicken breast in a rich, creamy Parmesan alfredo sauce. Add a crispy Caesar salad with some crunchy croutons.  This would be a full-on feast with a slice of bruschetta made with some ripe, juicy tomatoes. That would take this from just a delicious meal to a filling, colorful, nutritious tour of Italy!

* Garlic Herb Grilled Pork Tenderloin *

Garlic, thyme and rosemary inflused into a pork tenderloin ready for the grill.  Side this with some baked brussels sprouts and a side or creamy mashed potatoes and we are talking YUM!

It's a Great Day to be HUNGRY!

Orders placed by Sunday, May 14 by 8 pm will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday-Saturday, May 18-20. Please note that orders are due no later than 8:00 pm on Sunday. The order form will be deactivated once we have reached capacity or by 8:00 pm (whichever comes sooner).

If you miss the deadline, we generally work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase.

Something to note is that the KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED THE FOLLOWING WEEK so NOW is a GREAT time to stock up for your Memorial Day and end of school year gatherings!

This week's entrees are:

* White Chicken Lasagna Roll Ups *

These roll ups are like your own personal little cheesy wonderful drool-worthy lasagnas -- but... they are *anything* but little!  The filling is a creamy, saucy, cheesy wonderful blend of heaven... a little bit of garlic... a little Parmesan... a little cream cheese... a little chicken... a little of this... a little of that until... VOILA!  PERFECTION!  These are a definitely a must-devour-now creation so put it on your list today!  They’ll be an instant favorite for your family too. Serve with garlic bread and a crispy Caesar salad.

* Garlic Chicken Bacon Ciabatta Sammies *

Initially, we were going to make these savory chicken subs. Then, we thought we would kick it up a notch with some creamy, soft cheese that would be all melty and delicious.  And THEN we got an inspiration to add some homemade garlic butter to the bread to keep the chicken moist and fantastically melt-in-your-mouth gooder than good!  But how DO you top something that's gooder than good?  Why with BACON, of course -- LITERALLY!  Bacon just takes everything to the next level of yum.  The problem with bacon is that no one wants to share which means that someone will inadvertently wind up with a lesser baconified portion of the sandwich.  I mean, tell me, if you were slicing a giant sub and saw bacon fall out, are you going to just GIVE IT AWAY to someone else?  Heck no!  You're grabbing those bacon bits!  If it comes to bacon, it's every man, woman and child for themselves!  Lesser bacon can lead to complete and total household anarchy.  In order to be peacemakers, we are giving each serving their own cheesy, garlicky, chicken ciabatta roll topped with BACON! You're welcome.  These were a hit for Super Bowl Sunday and they SOLD OUT!  Don't miss yours!

* Delicious Salmon *

Salmon fillets marinated in a perfectly blended combination of spices with salty soy sauce and sweet brown sugar.  These go from freezer to table quickly. Serve with wild rice and sautéed fresh green beans almondine.

* Oven Fajita Bake *

Who doesn't love the taste of fajitas? But... who really wants to slave over a grill or a skillet waiting for everything to finish after a busy day at work or mom'ing? Or, who wants to smell like one after cooking dinner? Admit it... "fajita" isn't a best seller at the perfume counter! Want the filling without all the fuss? Anchored Blessings has your back! A generous portion of perfectly seasoned chicken with layers of onions and peppers waiting for you to thaw, bake and enjoy! These could easily be made into chicken fajita bowls served over rice for a gluten free meal. Or, you can go traditional and pair them with your choice of corn or flour tortilla, some guacamole, cilantro, salsa, sour cream and/or shredded cheese. Fajitas on a weeknight? ABSOLUTELY!

* Garlic Cheddar Chicken *

Kiss your Shake-n-Bake GOODBYE forever! Garlic Cheddar Chicken features chicken breasts dredged in garlic infused butter then perfectly seasoned with a breading mixture that is packed with flavor... a hint of parsley, a hint of oregano... the sharpness of the cheddar and Parmesan with the juicy chicken make the flavor out of this world!  You can't serve this without some buttery garlic cheddar mashed potatoes and a heaping serving of green beans.  Throw in some buttermilk biscuits and you, my friend, have the makings of a perfect meal!

* Buffalo Chicken *

A definite easy addition for your Memorial Day cookouts!  For all you buffalo wing lovers out there... you've met your match!  Chicken breasts slow cooked in the perfect blend of buffalo spices and zesty flavor. What you do with it next is up to you!  These would be GREAT piled on a toasted kaiser bun with a little pepperjack cheese thrown on top... served on some green leaf lettuce for some kickin' lettuce wraps... grab a ready-made crust and make your own buffalo chicken pizza... or toss it on a salad and throw on some Bleu cheese crumbles.

Now Taking Orders For Next Week

Orders placed by Sunday, May 7 by 8 pm will be prepared and ready for pick up Thursday-Saturday, May 11-13. Please note that orders are due no later than 8:00 pm on Sunday. The order form will be deactivated once we have reached capacity or by 8:00 pm (whichever comes sooner).

If you miss the deadline, we generally work extras into our preparations so there will likely be inventory available for purchase.

This week's entrees are:

* Chicken Pot Pie *
Classic chicken pot pie made with a mixture of chicken breasts, potatoes, peas, and carrots in a homemade white sauce.  Cooks from frozen so it's great for when you've forgotten to thaw something.  Our #1 seller!  No need to serve this with anything except a big tall glass of sweet tea!  Comfort food at its finest.

* Deep Dish Pizza *
Is it a deep dish pizza? Is it a calzone that you slice like a pizza?  Or, is it just a little piece of Italy in you pocket?  You tell me! This is like a deep dish pizza pot pie.  Layers of crust, Italian seasoned beef that has been drained and covered with a zesty Italian sauce, then covered in pepperoni and cheese and...did I mention the cheese?  Lots of it... Oh and then it's covered with a top so it really IS the ultimate pizza pie!

* Chicken Tetrazzini *
Chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti baked in a rich, creamy white sauce flavored with Parmesan cheese and sherry.

* French Toast Casserole *
Layers of bread chunks in a delicious sweetened egg mixture that is topped with a packet of strudel-ish sweet crumbles that are sprinkled on top before baking.  The delicious topping contains a little of this... a little of that... and hints of brown sugar, maple syrup and pecans.  It's got something for everyone.  Something savory.  Something sweet.  It's the best of both worlds in your breakfast bowl!  But folks, if we want to be honest, this is so much more... so much more delicious than JUST "french toast casserole". This is like a... breakfast bread pudding. It's rich and deep.  And, to be quite frank, I hate to share this.  Not "this" as in some juicy tid-bit of information... THIS as in, I love this SO MUCH that I hate to share it with my family.  Especially if they go back for seconds because -- it's MINE and there may not be any left when they're done.  I can neither confirm nor deny hiding any leftovers in my fridge... in the very, very back... in an opaque bow... with a dark lid... that's been labeled "cabbage stew".

* Mexi-Verde Chicken Foil Packs *
Can you tell we're ready for summer nights?  This is a complete meal in a foil pack -- talk about convenient! Rice, chicken, black beans and corn cook perfectly with Mexi-verde seasoned chicken. Top with pepperjack cheese as you remove these from the oven or grill for instant perfection! Top with a wedge of squeezed lime, chopped cilantro or even a spoon of your favorite salsa.

*Huli Huli Chicken*
Back by popular demand, this mouth-watering Hawaiian chicken dish is so much more than a teriyaki marinade -- it's a piece of history.  "Huli" is Hawaiian for "turn".  The founder of this recipe used to cook enormous batches of this island famous and much craved marinaded chicken between two metal grates which he would shout "HULI" to his assistant before they would turn them all.  Voila -- Huli Huli chicken was born!  This dish is best on the grill but is easily adaptable for your slow cooker.  Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped green onions, a side of sticky rice and pineapple (grill this right alongside your chicken for some authentic Hawaiian noms!)
